When the key is parsed from PK it is assigned the pseudo-alg
MBEDTLS_PK_ALG_ECDSA. Trying to run "mbedtls_pk_can_do_psa" with an hardcoded
deterministc/randomized ECDSA can make the function to fail if the proper
variant is not the one also used by PK.
This commit fixes this problem.

The support for TLS ciphersuites without
encryption does not rely anymore on the
MBEDTLS_CIPHER_NULL_CIPHER feature of
the cipher module. Introduce a specific
config option to enable these ciphersuites
and use it instead of MBEDTLS_CIPHER_NULL_CIPHER.

In this commit also MBEDTLS_KEY_EXCHANGE_SOME_DHE_ENABLED is removed.
This cause some code in "ssl_ciphersuites_internal.h" and
"ssl_tls12_server.c" to became useless, so these blocks are removed
as well.

Remove mentions of MBEDTLS_KEY_EXCHANGE_RSA_PSK that were not guarded by the
configuration option MBEDTLS_KEY_EXCHANGE_RSA_PSK_ENABLED. This finishes the
removal of library code that supports the RSA-PSK key exchange in TLS 1.2.

Remove the configuration option MBEDTLS_KEY_EXCHANGE_RSA_PSK_ENABLED and all
code guarded by it. This remove support for the RSA-PSK key exchange in TLS
1.2.

Mainly done by the commands, with some manual adjust.
```
sed -i "s/MBEDTLS_\(AES\|CAMELLIA\|ARIA\|CHACHAPOLY\)_C/MBEDTLS_SSL_HAVE_\1/g" ssl_ciphersuites.c
sed -i "s/MBEDTLS_\(GCM\|CCM\)_C/MBEDTLS_SSL_HAVE_\1/g" ssl_ciphersuites.c
sed -i "s/MBEDTLS_CIPHER_MODE_\(CBC\)/MBEDTLS_SSL_HAVE_\1/g" ssl_ciphersuites.c
The official spelling of the trade mark changed from all-lowercase "mbed"
to normal proper noun capitalization "Mbed" a few years ago. We've been
using the new spelling in new text but still have the old spelling in a
lot of text. This commit updates most occurrences of "mbed TLS":
```
sed -i -e 's/mbed TLS/Mbed TLS/g' $(git ls-files ':!ChangeLog' ':!tests/data_files/**' ':!tests/suites/*.data' ':!programs/x509/*' ':!configs/tfm*')
```
Justification for the omissions:
* `ChangeLog`: historical text.
* `test/data_files/**`, `tests/suites/*.data`, `programs/x509/*`: many
occurrences are significant names in certificates and such. Changing
the spelling would invalidate many signatures and tests.
* `configs/tfm*`: this is an imported file. We'll follow the upstream
updates.
As usual, just a search-and-replace plus:
1. Removing things from hash_info.[ch]
2. Adding new auto-enable MD_LIGHT in build-info.h
3. Including md_psa.h where needed
As a public header, it should no longer include common.h, just use
build_info.h which is what we actually need anyway.
