FindTclsh: Update documentation

- Added examples section
- Extended the module documentation and mentioned the wrapper FindTCL
  module.
- The Tclsh_FOUND variable used. TCLSH_FOUND is also set to the sam
  value by the find_package_handle_standard_args().
