commit 633afa0b2e (cmGeneratorExpressionDAGChecker: Make config name
available in constructor, 2024-05-08, v3.30.0-rc1~82^2~2) to make the
full evaluation context available in the constructor.
Fix logic from commit b9ee79b8a1 (GenEx: Add support for custom
transitive compile properties, 2024-05-09, v3.30.0-rc1~82^2~1) to more
precisely know when we are computing the link dependency graph.

The change caused substantial performance regressions in some

Teach the `$<TARGET_PROPERTY:...>` generator expression to check for a
new `TRANSITIVE_COMPILE_PROPERTIES` property in the target's link
closure to enable transitive evaluation of named properties through
the link closure, excluding entries guarded by `$<LINK_ONLY:...>`.

Offer the capability, through variable `CMAKE_LINKER_TYPE`, as well as
the target property `LINKER_TYPE` to specify which linker must be used.
The implementation of this capability is specified by variables specific
to the language and linker type: `CMAKE_<LANG>_USING_LINKER_<TYPE>`.
Some definitions are provided as part of `CMake`.
For example, to select the `LLVM` linker rather than the standard one,
the type `LLD` should be specified through the variable `CMAKE_LINKER_TYPE`.
And, on `Apple`, `Linux` and some environments on `Windows`, the variable
`CMAKE_<LANG>_USING_LINKER_LLD` has value `-fuse-ld=lld`. And for `Windows`
environments based on `MSVC`, where the linker is used directly, the tool
`lld-link.exe` will be used rather than `link.exe`.

This generator expression is the inverse of `LINK_ONLY` and only coveys
usage requirements for the purposes of compilation. Its intended use is
to avoid needing to export targets that do not have link usage
requirements (e.g., header-only libraries) when used by another target.

To enable the management of incompatible $<LINK_LIBRARY> declarations,
add LINK_LIBRARY_OVERRIDE and LINK_LIBRARY_OVERRIDE_<LIBRARY> target
properties.
Link line construction starts with `LINK_LIBRARIES` and appends
dependencies from the transitive closure of `INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES`.
Only the entries of `LINK_LIBRARIES` are considered direct link
dependencies. In some advanced use cases, particularly involving static
libraries and static plugins, usage requirements need to update the list
of direct link dependencies. This may mean adding new items, removing
existing items, or both.
Add target properties to encode these usage requirements:

* INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES_DIRECT_EXCLUDE

When genex $<TARGET_PROPERTY:...> for properties like INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES
is evaluated as part of add_custom_command or add_custom_target,
genex $<COMPILE_LANGUAGE> and $<COMPLIE_LANG_AND_ID> should be supported.

These generator expressions can only be used in link options properties.
These expressions return the arguments respectively for device and host link
step, otherwise return an empty string.
Set the MinTypeNameLength option to an impossibly high value in order
to limit the diagnostics to iterators. Leave new expressions and cast
expressions for later.
If two imported targets in different directories have the same name we
should still be able to propagate transitive usage requirements from
both. Fix the DAG checker to work with target pointers instead of
target names since the pointers will not be duplicated even if the names
are.
