Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

(1)aes-xts sets the key length to only 256 and 512 bits
(2)when the key length of aes-xts is 512 bits, MAX_KEY_SIZE needs to be expanded to 64 bytes.
