Gregory Nutt	9fcd34f1c4	NSH initialization now calls boardctl(BOARDIOC_INIT) instead of board_app_initaliaze. Modify all configurations: Make sure that CONFIG_LIB_BOARDCTL=y appears wherever CONFIG_NSH_ARCHINIT=y appears. Remove support for CONFIG_NSH_ARCHMAC. Gregory Nutt	dc57af80fc	NSH networking: There is now a configuration option that will bring up the network on an separate thread. Since the network bring-up is asynchronous, there are not serial console start-up delays due to the network negotiation time.	2014-08-06 11:59:41 -06:00
