revert(wifi): Revert support for WPA3 Enterprise authentication modes (d95b4b2)

This commit reverts the support for 'WIFI_AUTH_WPA3_ENTERPRISE' and 'WIFI_AUTH_WPA2_WPA3_ENTERPRISE'. This reverts commit 19143aa249 and 70b3b9150d
