Stephen Kitt	4f728dc5cc	Remove SCANRES.COM ... SCANRES is a TSR providing support for varying the number of scanlines (interrupt 0x10, service 0x1230) in DOSBox; DOSBox-X supports that directly, so this TSR isn’t useful there.
