- If the DBCS table is disabled, the Open Watcom 1.9 installer will
  cause an exception in the CauseWay DOS extender when you run the
  installer.

- If umb=true or private area in umb=true, the installer will cause
  memory corruption that can cause other DOS programs to crash or
  malfunction.
