Asiri Rathnayake	a3eac518e6	[libcxx] Improve tests to use the UNSUPPORTED lit directive Quite a few libcxx tests seem to follow the format: #if _LIBCPP_STD_VER > X // Do test. #else // Empty test. #endif We should instead use the UNSUPPORTED lit directive to exclude the test on earlier C++ standards. This gives us a more accurate number of test passes for those standards and avoids unnecessary conflicts with other lit directives on the same tests. Marshall Clow	87d03942c4	In C++03, a bunch of the arithmetic/logical/comparison functors (such as negate/bit_not.pass/logical_not) were defined as deriving from unary_funtion. That restriction was removed in C++11, but the tests still check for this. Change the test to look for the embedded types first_argument/second_argument/result_type. No change to the library, just more standards-compliant tests. [libcxx] Improve tests to use the UNSUPPORTED lit directive

Quite a few libcxx tests seem to follow the format:
 #if _LIBCPP_STD_VER > X
   // Do test.
 #else
   // Empty test.
 #endif
We should instead use the UNSUPPORTED lit directive to exclude the test on
earlier C++ standards. This gives us a more accurate number of test passes
for those standards and avoids unnecessary conflicts with other lit
directives on the same tests.
