Shorten the name of the BSP and Device Driver Development Guide

Old name:

    RTEMS BSP and Device Driver Development Guide

This is long and causes problems in the PDF output. This patch
changes the name to:

    RTEMS BSP and Driver Guide

Closes #3141.
