Newlib defines errno as
#define errno (*__errno())
In case this is expanded in a function parameter, e.g.
void f(int errno) { ... }
then we have a function pointer parameter instead of the integer scalar.
Add compatibility with Newlib header files. Some FreeBSD header files
are mapped by the translation script:

It is now possible to include <sys/socket.h> directly for example.
Generate one Makefile which builds everything including tests.
