eae664ea8f mutex: Use panic() after ISR lock release 
Using panic() with interrupts disabled could lead to an additional error
(INTERNAL_ERROR_BAD_THREAD_DISPATCH_ENVIRONMENT) due to a potentially
blocking output.

02373194fe Update due to Newlib 2017-06-07 changes 
The following files are now provided by Newlib:

  * arpa/inet.h
  * net/if.h
  * netinet/in.h
  * netinet/tcp.h
  * sys/socket.h
  * sys/uio.h
  * sys/un.h

The <sys/param.h> and <sys/cpuset.h> are now compatible enough to be
used directly.

Update #2833.

be43b79fca Replace RTEMS objects with custom implementation 
Performance analysis revealed that the standard RTEMS objects are a
major bottleneck.  The object get mechanism and attribute checks at
runtime have a significant overhead.  Use a custom implementation for
synchronization primitives.  This drops also the size of the
synchronization primitives considerably.
