Use a self-contained RTEMS binary semaphore instead of msleep() and
wakeup(). This is itself more efficient and in addition allows the use
of mmc_wakeup() in interrupt context.

* sys/un.h
The <sys/param.h> and <sys/cpuset.h> are now compatible enough to be
used directly.
