828969e525 imx: Don't use USB_NEED_BUSDMA_COHERENT_ALLOC 
That option makes problems with some drivers because the buffers are not
allways cache line aligned.

bd7af5fcee usb_busdma: Add USB_NEED_BUSDMA_COHERENT_ALLOC 
Some BSPs have a cache-coherent memory area, however, it should not be
used for the USB controller.

e9b8413133 usb: Undefine USB_DEBUG 
In contrast to some other USB options which use 0/1 values, the
USB_DEBUG uses defined/undefined to enable/disable the USB debug
support.

b3169c2a6a Update to FreeBSD head 2018-10-23 
Git mirror commit 59f44d20be3f99d181ca742e636d45fc39ec982b.

This commit updates OpenSSL to version 1.1.1.  This required an update
of racoon which uses some internal stuff from OpenSSL and seems to be
mostly unmaintained, e.g. there is update in the FreeBSD ports to cope
with OpenSSL 1.1.1.

338f3005fc buildset: Add minimal and everything config. 
This adds two new buildset configurations: One that leaves out as much
features as possible and one that enables all features. For the default
configuration WiFi support is now disabled.

To disable IPv6 for the minimal configuration, all -DINET6 are
eliminated in libbsd.py. They are now replaced by a #ifdef that checks
for RTEMS_BSD_MODULE_NETINET6 instead.

7ec935e03f vprintf: Add handler that mutes all output.
