6254bf40b3 SDHCI(4): Delete

26a8cee1c3 e1000phy: Provide local support for Marvell's 88E1512 PHY. 
This PHY is close to the standard PHY support so providing enough to
allow the PHY probe to pass lets it work on a MicroZed.
