e1e10cddee waf: Add the ability to set FreeBSD options on the configure command line. 
Add --freebsd-options to add specific FreeBSD compile time options to
the build. This is a developer tool.

8c5aecfde3 if_dwc: Invalidate read buffer again 
This may prevent problems in case a cache line prefetch added some lines
to the cache during a DMA transfer.

0d003d7e73 Revert "if_cgem: Enable hardware checksum assist" 
This reverts commit dec6b678bba05624335c87b73dc160b54d845cbd.

This default for TXCSUM and RXCSUM should be used and a user should
turn on TXCSUM and RXCSUM.
