Joel Sherrill 12971a8b85 rtems-score-thread.ini: Remove _Thread_Close so trace examples link 
_Thread_Close no longer exists. There are multiple exapmles which
show tracing in rtems-examples which fail to link due to this.

RTEMS Linkers.

This directory contains the RTEMS linkers and various tools to help managed
them.

License
-------

The linker code is licensed under the ISC license. Currently some libiberty
code is present in the libiberty directory which is GPL. In time this code will
be removed.
