fix(bt): Update bt lib for ESP32-C3 and ESP32-S3(a684dd5)

- Fixed clear legacy adv error when adv not exist
- Disable anonymous extended adv reporting
- Fixed BLE assert lld_adv.c 2992
- Fixed heap assert due to adv data buffer double freeing
- Fixed BLE 0x08 disconnect when the win size is greater than half of the conn interval
