Marshall Clow 14c09a2413 Add an _LIBCPP_NORETURN inline function named __throw_XXX for each exception type we define. They either construct and throw the exception, or abort() (if exceptions are disabled). Use these functions everywhere instead of assert()ing when exceptions are disabled. WARNING: This is a behavior change - but only with exceptions disabled. Reviewed as: https://reviews.llvm.org/D23855 .

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
