Nico Weber 90c8cee2d0 libcxx: Make gen_link_script.py print contents only in --dryrun mode

The build should generally be quiet if there are no errors,
and this script has been around long enough that we can remove
the log output. If we ever need to debug something with this script,
we can put back the logging then.

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
