Bruno Cardoso Lopes ac7fc6cf28 [Chrono][Darwin] Make steady_clock use CLOCK_UPTIME_RAW
Use CLOCK_UPTIME_RAW in case clock_gettime is available on Darwin.

On Apple platforms only CLOCK_UPTIME_RAW or mach_absolute_time are able
to time functions in the nanosecond range. Thus, they are the only
acceptable implementations of steady_clock.

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
