Marshall Clow c6f5bf9e43 Change the names of two private methods: allocate -> __vallocate and deallocate -> __vdeallocate. NFC. This change triggered by https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=61806 , which shows up when we implement deduction guides for the container adaptors.The names have a 'v' in them because WIN32 has a macro named __deallocate. (sigh).

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
