Michal Gorny c88aa7fa75 [test] [re.traits] Remove asserts failing due to invalid UTF-8

Remove the two test cases for \xDA and \xFA with UTF-8 locale, as both
characters alone are invalid in UTF-8 (short sequences).  Upon removing
them, the test passes on Linux again (and also on NetBSD, after adding
appropriate locale configuration).

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
