Louis Dionne dda98abc8d [libc++] Localize CMake code only related to the shared library
Summary:
There's a lot of CMake logic that's only relevant to the shared library,
yet it was using a code path and setting variables that impact both the
shared and the static libraries. This patch moves this logic so that it
clearly only impacts the shared library.

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
