fb3644c14b common: fix title page

Add step to install sphinxcontrib-bibtex

7fd137e95f user/bsp-build: Fix broken cross references. 
The QuickStartBSPBuild_Manual and QuickStartBSPBuild_RSB are
missing the underscore in front. This breaks any reference to
them from other sections.
