de5791b345 dpaa: Add "libbsd,dedicated-portal" to QMan portals 
By default, the network interfaces use a pool channel, see
dpaa_get_channel() in dpaa_eth_priv_probe().  To enable a dedicated QMan
software portal, use libbsd,dedicated-portal = "enabled";.  This option
is useful for special purpose 10Gbit/s Ethernet processing.

097ccba6b0 Enable the WEP encrypted WiFi. 
Now rtems can connnect WiFi via WEP on rtl8188eu chip.

47169ea21a Port rtl8188eu driver to RTEMS. 
Now USB dongle rtl8188eu can work as wlan client device.
It can scan wifi, connect unencrypted wifi.

9121570cf2 Port am335x usb driver to RTEMS. 
Add FDT and umass support for am335x USB driver.

The following files are now provided by Newlib:

  * netinet/in.h
  * netinet/tcp.h
  * sys/socket.h
  * sys/uio.h
  * sys/un.h

The <sys/param.h> and <sys/cpuset.h> are now compatible enough to be
used directly.
