a74e43298c sb: Add sb-get-sources to download all referenced source files. 
- Downloads all files into a single directory
- Iterates over all supported hosts to get any host dependent source
  no matter which host you run the command on.

Closes #3532

d523d4c9d6 sb: Change default prefix 
Use OS prefix + "rtems" + $rtems_version as the default prefix to
automatically separate different RTEMS versions.
