d523d4c9d6 sb: Change default prefix 
Use OS prefix + "rtems" + $rtems_version as the default prefix to
automatically separate different RTEMS versions.

84a94f743e rtems-gdb-8.0.1-1.cfg: Add Cygwin patch for ncurses not termcap
